Graduation Update
Thank you to the crew of parents and grads that came on Friday afternoon to help with Prom set up! A very special thank you to the staff members who volunteered their own time throughout the week and late into the evening on Friday night to make Prom a huge success! It was a magical night that those kids won’t soon forget!
Ceremony Tickets
The Jack Singer concert Hall has released tickets to be purchased for the Graduation Ceremony. These tickets are for anyone who wants to attend our ceremony except the Graduate. Graduates do not need a ticket to attend!
From May 1-15 parents will be using their grad’s first initial, last name and 9 digit Alberta Education Number as the Promo code (ie, pmorck123456789) to purchase tickets. If there are any discrepancies and your ‘promo code’, please check with your Guidance Counsellor for what the Jack Singer used for your Promo code.
All tickets are going to be $15 plus Service fees, ($19.05). All Grads will be allowed to purchase 4 tickets until May 15. On May 16, the remaining tickets will be open to anyone wishing to purchase more than their allotted 4.
These tickets get guests into the Jack Singer Hall, there is no assigned seating. The doors on June 5 will open at 4:30, the ceremony begins at 5:30pm.
Grad List
There will be two more graduation lists updated this year. One will be posted on May 3, and the next will be posted on May 10. If a student is not on that FINAL list, the expectation will be that they will not be participating in our Graduation ceremony. Please ensure that both graduation and school fees are up to date on school cash and that students are maintaining the academic path towards graduation to be on that Graduation list. If a student or parent has questions about fees, they can be address by Ms. Hanson in the office, juhanson@rockyview.ab.ca
If students have questions about graduation progress, they can be addressed by the
student’s Guidance Counsellor.
