Grade 9 Programming

Programming

All Grade 9 Students will be enrolled in the following mandatory courses:

Literacy/Numeracy

English Language Arts

Mathematics

Physical Education

Science

Social Studies

Exploratory Courses

In addition to these 6 courses, grade 9 students get to select four optional courses from one of our centres. Complementary Course are available here to give you a better idea of what is offered. The Exploration centres at W.H. Croxford for grade 9 students focus around the five strands of Career and Technology Foundations as legislated by the Alberta government: Business, Communication, Human Services, Resources, and Technology. The exploratory courses will be offered everyday for 75 minutes for two month stretches. This will allow students to explore different  passion areas for a short period of time in a more intense nature.
