QUESTA+ Getting Started

1. Uninstall any old versions of LockedDown Browser on your computer.

2. Download the Locked Browser and then Install it - Choose Windows or Mac

3. Go to QuestA and try entering an exam using the Exam PIN: 9999099 and Start Code: sTarT

MAC USERS

Please do the following if your QuestA is not working or you need to update the Locked Browser application.

1. Uninstall your current Locked Browser by opening your Finder > Applications > Drag and Drop anything named Locked Browser into the trash and empty it.

2. Download and then install the Locked Browser by downloading the MAC Locked Browser below.

3. Restart your computer

4. Go to QuestA and try entering an exam using the Exam PIN: 9999099 and Start Code: sTarT

PC USERS

Please do the following if your QuestA is not working or you need to update the Locked Browser application.

1. Uninstall the LockDown Browser OEM

2. Download the Windows Locked Browser below and install it.

3. Go to QuestA and try entering an exam using the Exam PIN: 9999099 and Start Code: sTarT

Use the following to check if you can launch QuestA

Use the following to test using QuestA
